Wow. Yeah that is a lot of work. Looks great though. How is the end result? Noticeably quieter?

I may have to take off more days and make sure the weather will cooperate too... I know doing the headliner area only won't yield the best result, so I may just have to wait on the deadening due to time constraints. On the positive side, I'll have practice on the headliner removal process when the sound deadening time arrives.

 

Good difference in wind noise from the top.

I did it over two days, one day to remove and one day to install the stuff and reinstall headliner.

 

Awesome. Instead of cutting into the center console (for now anyways), I'm just going to splice in the end of an extension cord so I can tuck the plug out of the way when it's not needed.

 

Any experienced ASP.NET/C#/SQL guys looking for work? Enterprise scale application, small team, located near 635/Tollway.

ya I was able to get almost all of it off with steel wool and various products. now thinking I might get some clear vinyl wrap or something and wrap them until I can coat them or something.

 

Quick question to avoid some googling - what is the length of my 3rd gen DCSB? Will it fit in a 19 ft garage?

I did but didnt remember if it was a custom box or stealth box.

I want the sub, not the sub/box combo
