    Still no contact, I've ordered a dorman from summit and filed refund with PayPal. First ordered and paid on Jan 26th, last communication was Feb 26th.

    Folks should reconsider buying the Dorman ASSEMBLY. Folks have been using Dorman hubs in the past because they were the cheap alternative; this is fine for a hub but NOT for the seal and bearing.

    According to the guys facebook page, he was in florida this past Friday at a racetrack. I understand we could all use a vacation, but let paying customers know you aren’t going to be shipping product for the time being. I just want my order cancelled and a refund.

    I think there are several Friday's he is behind. More than just a Florida trip. I completely agree that communication would have greatly helped this situation. There's a couple of us that ordered the hubs back in January. It would be a completely different story if this was a bumper or something nonessential. My truck has been down a month and a half waiting on these hubs.

    Looks like we are all having the same issue...
    I have emailed and contacted him on his online Chat. He told me they would ship the weekend of Feb 22nd and then when that didn't happen I was able to get him to respond to me again, but he said they were shipping out this weekend (3-4 March).

    SURPRISE!! Still no shipment.....communication is the key when running a business!

    At this point I have requested a refund and filed a claim through PayPal. (Still nothing!) I don't want these bearings shipped out at all, I found another vendor who can actually deliver.
