    Stock sr5, frame swapped, sick stickers
    Hey y'all I was wondering what frames were compatible to swap with a 2001 Xtra Cab SR5 with a MT and the 3.4

    I was searching for a thread but couldn't find one for this specifically. I found a frame that is the same for the most part but is an AT. Is it a bolt on swap?

    Also anyone near MEMPHIS have any frames for sale. The dude I was talking to has been slow to respond.

    Pretty much stock right now
    I think your looking at a 2001-2004 model year frame. My dealer told me that there was a change to the frames in '01. This was when I had a 2000 with a rusted out frame. Toyota is still producing '01-'04 frames to cover the remaining frame warranties, not that you want to get one from a dealer. And you may already have a match.

    MechanicJon may have more specific info on compatability.

    My dealer installed frame came from Metalsa Structural Prod, Inc. in Owensboro Kentucky. The frame still has their sticker on it. It's part number 00408-30A04.

    I would love to find out. Because its like 1500 dollars cheaper than frame assemblies I have seen elsewhere.

    Your next best option is to buy a whole parts truck off somewhere like copart.com or dashub.com and part out what you don't need.
