dont know if I can post this here, but I was looking thru some roof top tents for a friend and came across TuFF STUFF. They have a lot of sale going on, but the one that stood out was a 3 man roof top tent that was originally going for $ 1,300 now $899 for limited time. On top of that if you use the coupon code: KING18, it’ll give you 10% off on any online purchase including the already discounted 3 man tent.

I am not affiliated with them or anything, just wanting to give y’all a heads up!

I see them a lot on overlanding videos on YouTube...
My friend bought one, will be here next week. It is made of the same materials as all the other tents, the only thing I don’t like about em is there no sky view.

But $800 for a RTT with GOOD reviews is a great deal regardless

But I will say this smittybilt RTT goes for $750 with free shipping through 4wheelparts. And what I learned from most of the 3 person tents is they are replica of each other's haha dimensions and all, some have higher fabric.

I have a tepui Autana with no sky view, the great thing about buying without is they stay warmer in winter...this is first hand knowledge as I used to have skylight version and camp a lot in winter.

Yeah I have the badass bags too, but the cross ventilation from windows and a cpl electric fans make it nice even in the warm humid south:). And the hot as hell AZ desert !
But I admit I just ordered my four wheeler popup and put the small ac unit on rear window:) hmmmmmm nice

I was originally going to go with the Tuff Stuff Ranger tent until I came across RoamAdventureCo. They have the Vagabond 2 which is pretty much the same thing but with a skylight. It also comes with the anti-condensation mat. All other brands I've seen you have to purchase that separately. They have a pretty cool comparison chart as well. The Tuff Stuff deal is a tough one to beat though. Just thought I'd throw my two cents in.

I suggest checking them out https://www.roamadventureco.com/

has the deal ended? I dont see a way to get it down to 899$
EDIT: Never mind, I was thinking the 899 deal was for the "ranger" model and not the "Delta"
the Delta is a labeled as a 2 man tent though

I see the "delta" for sale on Amazon and other locations for $899. The King18 was the best part of the deal to knock it down a touch more than other locations.

I just picked up the Tuff Stuff Delta tent last Friday in person (their warehouse in Santa Ana, CA) and they gave it to me for $800 cash. It's a freaking nice tent, love it

How have your tuff stuff tents held up? Their 3-person is one of the RTTs I've been considering since it's so cheap compared to the others, but you know the saying of you get what you pay for.

Smittybilt is the same as Tuff Stuff

Only thing that separates them is quality control really. And sky views are nice, I use mine all the time.

I've had my Tuff Stuff for a year now and it's held up great, no complaints. I do wish I had a sky view though.

I have the Delta, got it for $800 cash by picking it up in person. It fits 2 adults comfortably, but if you think you might need room for 3 or more then I would definitely get a larger one.

Nice thing about the 2 man tents is the weight savings, and they're still heavy (think mine is 130lbs?)...but I can install it myself. The 3+ man tents you need at least 2 or 3 people to help you put those on the truck lol.
