2015 V6 TRD O-R

Hey all, just bought a 2015 TRD O-R. Was never explicitly told which Entune it has installed. The App Suite displays traffic and weather which both seem to work, and I'd assume if I paid for a subscription, the XM would work as well as I do receive the two preview channels.

I am looking to ID which level package I have and ultimately, I would like to either upgrade to the Premium level so I can utilize navigation or install an aftermarket that would work with Android Auto (since I have Google Pixle smartphone).

I am seeing pretty crumby rviews about the Entune systems regardless of which level you have, so my question is, should I go ahead and go with an aftermarket, and if so, which would you all recommend?
