Went out to see how it was outside and there's easily over a foot sitting on the truck. I then realized that I backed in and my snow brush is in the bed :annoyed: getting to that will be fun in the AM. Last storm I remembered to pull it out prior to coming in for the night, not so much this time :frusty::frusty::facepalm:

Started to get heavy here around 1pm then as I just got up and looked out the window -
It is still snowing here now. I really think we are going to have a day off. It will take the day to get the snow cleared and I haven't heard the plows out.

Be careful driving around this morning .
Trees and lines down all over the place down here.
Couple of detours and crawling under trees, I made it to work.

We are getting an inch an hour up here until 9am, if you guys are similar I would think you'd have a snow day. The towns can't keep up with the back roads on storms like this.

My cousin sent me a Photo from his driveway in Stamford at about 9pm last night with 18 inches and it was still coming hard. We had about 16 inches up here before I went to bed.

These trees can't handle a foot of cement/pancake batter stuck to them.

Morning all, "let's be careful out there today". Today is one of those days where I'm happy I put the Falcon in storage so I can park the truck in the garage!

A few years ago we had a nasty ice storm. A friend of mine that lives where they got hit the worst said that it was like listening to someone shooting a shotgun all night.

Snow day, you ain't got shit to do (maybe), and didn't you say you have children? I think children are historically made to do shit their parents don't want to do.

We had that October storm about 5 years ago with the heavy snow.
That's how the oaks sounded when they were snapping.
Made some serious $$ with that storm.

Driveway only has a couple of inches on it right now. I was out there clearing it with the quad during the storm. Was able to keep up with it...

Lucky! I might have to wait on skiing as I have too much snow to move around between here and work :ballchain:

Morning. Lost power around 10:30 last night, came back on around 12:30AM for a minute then went back out. Still out this morning when the wife and I left for work... drove over the snow on the driveway and just showered at the gym at work. I'll deal with the driveway tonight.
I used to keep it in the bed too and the same thing happened haha. Now I keep it in my back seats in the little cubby.
