weak horn

    did it. was so easy took all of 10 seconds to do. wonder why toyota put them there in the first place.

    they are over the openings of the horns. all u have to do is pop the hood and there they are

    oh i love it. I could definitley tell it made a difference. its not as muffled now. it sounds more shrill. i like it. i just put the cover back in my automotive cabinet

    I put them in exactly the same place as the stock horns, using provided brackets.

    Jus had the "V" them out since the diameter of the horn is a little large around.

    I bought these and the Hellas and tapped the connections together on both before I installed and found the Hellas to be louder.

    But, if you like it, so be it.

    The reason I went with the Stebel was due to space on the previous application, but I have heard the same regarding the Hellas before.

    I agree. I want a HORN (sorry no train horm) that sounds like a horn and will get the idiot who pulled out in front of me to realize their mistake and get the H*** out of my way :)

    Yeah, a horn is like a gun.... It's there in case you need it. But when you do, it'd better work and do its job.
