Anyone with a SnugTop Outback have a pic of what the interior door handle looks like?
Google Images is failing me :(

    My 2cents:

Snugtop v. Leer v. ARE, they are all pretty much the same functionality-wise; if you know what you want, they will likely all have something to suit your needs. It comes down to what you think looks the best. Sounds like you've already made up your mind on Snugtop.

They will all have issues leaking around front bed corner (against the back of the cab) and where the tailgate/top glass meet. How bad they leak all comes down to your installer. To me, this is more important than brand. Do a bunch of research locally, ask friends, ask strangers at the grocery store, etc.

A few things I would recommend to go ahead an pick up to really make you top as water tight as possible:
Making it water-tight will take a lot of trial and error, but it can be done. Good luck!

Edit: If you are getting the remote unlock option, I would also grab a pop-a-lock and get your installer to do both of them at the same time. That way you can lock/unlock your top and tailgate at the same time.

I live in a state that rains almost 9 months out of the year and my SnugTop hasn’t leaked yet *knock on wood* IMO go for the look and purpose you’re going for regardless of brand.

Are MX Cap for me.. havnt noticed any leaking when washing... I live in the desert so don’t see much rain....I’ll be getting a tailgate seal and such for the dust... putting a cap on creates a vacuum that loves to pull in dust into the cap/bed area

Hey, what kind of side/door molding is that? I saw a Tacoma in Boise with that but never was able to look it up online.
Just curious what it is mostly, I'm trying to figure out what to get for my Tacoma. :)

    Thanks!

Which company should I go with out of LEER, ARE, and Snugtop?
    And why.

    Thanks guys[/QUOTE]

I went with ARE CX and paid 2100. Wasn't to happy with the install/build. Bolts were over torqued and bent the metal frames on the windows, the plastic gaskets/seals for the windows have large tag ends.
It's not a total deal breaker but I feel like the leer tops ive seens look much cleaner. Nice having the lifetime warranty, they will repaint the clear coat if you have any issues.
