    Thanks, I used the same mounts that I have and mounted it at a 30degree angle from the inside of my safai rack, using a 3ft antenna.


    I'll try to post some pics later this week.....

    Brought my 4ft antenna to work today, its just a little too long for the parking garage. Going to need a 3ft if I'm going to leave the antenna on all the time... anybody want trade their 3ft firestik for my 4ft firestik?

    Shoot, for 15$.. I might as well just buy it from you. I don't think I have anything to trade that you will want. I am thinking I should sell my CB radio though, and buy another one. I have been playing with the positioning of it for a while now, and have not been happy. I am starting to lean in the "Compact all in one" direction.. where the CB and mic are all one and fit in the Center Console. Know anyone that wants a radio?

    well the 3ft one is $15 and shipping. if you want my 4ft one for $25 let me know.

    the all in one is a good choice. good reviews on it, plus it'll fit nice in the center console. that's where i'm going to mount mine. i might even mount it using sticky sided velcro, instead of screwing it in...
