Tacoma PA system install assistance

I have a 2018 TRD Sport crew cab short bed. I want to install this PA system (or recommended).

My horn isn't effective anymore (here in LA). Mostly at unprotected left turns when drivers are on their cell phones and I'm stuck waiting another cycle at the red light.

I will be preempting them with a vocal reminder that the light is about to turn green.

Anyway, I'm no electrician or car stereo installation type. I want to make sure I use the proper wire, fuse, and method for mounting and installing.

Has anyone else installed a PA system?

 

Looks like you just need power from the battery and a chassis ground.


The unit you have listed seems a little expensive.
