Hello all, just getting into armor upgrades. My question is about bumper fitment http://www.trail-gear.com/product/4716/rock-defense-tacoma-front-bumper-mounting-plate

I finally got my frame straightened and glad I did since it was a little worse than I thought. Straight now, but right rail is a little squished near the front hole (pics attached). Tried to research but could find very few pictures of just the plate mounted without the bumper

Its a 1999 with what I understand are longer frame rails in the front. Does anyone have advice or insight on if this would fit or require custom welding? I plan to ask the vendor as well but an unbiased opinion/insight is appreciated before paying $$$ shipping (possibly both ways if I have to return).

Was planning to go with the low profile one that seems fairly popular around here.
Really liked the look of it on https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/trail-gear-low-profile-front-bumper.130844/

To fit the trail gear you remove the front part of the posts. If you look in the hole there is a bolts to remove. 370EC49A-BBDC-4FEE-9876-C7DD3F1746CD.jpg
