Are you sure oven is damaged? Could it just need a cleaning? Doesn't look like much melting but hard to tell.

Pretty sure when your oven looks like a fireplace, its probably best to replace it.

I'm not joking, but I'd just hit the self clean button, wipe out at the end of cycle and repeat until clean.
