Engine has electric but does not crank over at all. Switches were closing or opening. Just refilled brake fluid because it was low. Had a slow leak there for years.

Started and ran 4 miles, then when restarting after fishing, nothing. Any ideas?

No Crank ? Before you do anything else - clean thy battery terminals. Then, Turn on your headlights and try to start the car and see if the lights dim? Also, I'd try a Jump and see it it turns over. if So - Bad battery? , Bad starter Solenoid? Try and advise.

Yep, clean the battery terminals, then tighten them down again.. I have an aftermarket neg. terminal shut-off that sometimes leaves my truck not starting, I keep a wrench in the truck to tighten the nut down when it won't start.. Sounds like something is loose at the battery... If this doesn't work, then try getting boosted, could be a toasted battery.. if tightening the battery connects doesn't work(loose connects), and getting a boost doesn't work(battery out of life), then it may be a bad starter solenoid...

my money is on a loose connection at + or - battery terminals..

Do you hear a click at all? If yes it is probably the starter solenoid contacts are burned. I recently had to replace mine.
