Bought out my lease and thinking of doing some mods

    none so far!
After 8 years of leasing my trucks I finally decided to buy out my '14 Tacoma and it feels great! :)

I've always been paranoid about doing mods on a lease so now that I have the freedom to do whatever I want I'm thinking of adding some basics.

    It's a 2014 TRD 6-speed access cab with 30,000kms (19,000miles).

Mods I'm considering and would love to hear of any other recommendations with our trucks:

    - upgrading the sound system/head unit with Android auto option
    - raising the truck
    - temp display! one of the things that has bugged me all along is it's lack of a temperature display. My 2010 had it and then they swapped it then for some reason they decided to swap it out for an extra spot to hold your sunglasses.
    - ??

For the temp display - are there any simple add-ons I can try to do myself or to replace the overhead console with something that has the display?

Looking forward to hearing from others here and thanks in advance for the help!

Mods are a rather personal thing, really, what you do with your truck has to do with things such as:

    Your personal taste
What you plan to do with your truck
    How much money you have

Just to name a few. Probably the best thing for you to do would be just hang out on Tacomaworld for a month or two, or three and see what others have done, look at lots of pics that the members have submitted and things will catch your eye here and there.

Good luck and Congrats on the lease payoff
