Don't know whats causing this but any amount of info about it helps :)

So when I'm driving, there's a constant squeak that seems to go with the turn of the wheels. It's like a pulse, and you can hear it speed up when the truck goes faster, and vice versa. It becomes a constant squeak when you press the brakes, and the volume seems to amplify dramatically. Only when the brakes are pressed hard enough the squeaking stops. The brake drum pads were just recently replaced, and the front disc brake pads look fine, so I don't think it's a problem with the pads being old. But help please as it's pretty embarrassing wherever I go people just look because the squeaking is so loud, but it's not like the truck looks overly old or anything.
