Best place for metal in Oakland area

I’ve been going to Alco in San Leandro for years but wondering if anyone knows of a good alternative in the Oakland area.

 

I'm new to the Taco, so I know nothing. Any info would be good. Like best place for ladder racks and bed accessories would be amazing.

 

Alco has metals and recycle place in Vallejo, on Mare Island

 

Lookup BAMF (Bay Area Metal Fabrication). Give Jerry a call and see if you can buy from him. If you are just looking for small amounts I am sure he can work with you if you are not trying to be in competition with him.

 

I go to ALCO, but started to go to R.E. Borrmann in Palo Alto. Better prices and easy to deal with.... Call them and place an order, drive over and it's ready when you get there. They load it in your truck and off you go. http://www.borrmannsteel.com/
