Probably get a set of those in the future but if I could cut a sweet line.....those aerocatch extremes would look badass on the challenger.

Thanks! I used 1-1/8” and 1-3/4” hole saws, and a Dremel with a small metal cutting disc to make the straight cuts. I was going to use a jig saw, but the blade traveled too deep and so it would have contacted the inner sheet metal layer of the hood. For the hole saws I’d recommend using ones that have a pilot bit extending beyond the main saw teeth to help keep your cut on target. I had one of each type of hole saw, and the one without the pilot bit was much harder to keep on target. You can see one made a much cleaner cut:

    Those are pretty clean cuts.
Did you use the holesaw in reverse at first to get a groove going?

Awesome idea I have not thought of before. Here in Arizona with speed limits at 75 the hood flutters like it's gonna rip off. Drove from Phoenix to Oklahoma and it drove me nuts on the I-40.

Did this this weekend. not too bad of a job. other than the ripped fingernail, and grinder to the digit. stripped a few bolts, will replace. still need to adjust a bit, all in all pleased.

Those look good and your hood looks to be properly aligned!

Any pics of the cutting process?
