Has anyone with stock off road tires heard a sound coming from the back of the truck that sounds like unbalanced tires hammering on the road mostly on a smooth asphalt highway that allows you to hear it? Dealer says it's the tires and has just done a road-force balance but their is still that annoying sound. I have only heard this sound once in my life and it was chopped tires due to bad shocks. I hope others with the same tires say they hear the same noise, then I'll know the drive train is ok. It's a Toyota and it's 35K WTF

What speed does the sound occur? The rear diff can make a howling sound if you feather the throttle in the 50-60 mph range, there is a TSB for it.

I mostly hear it above 60, I don't understand what feathering a throttle is.
