O2 Sensor

I had a check engine light scan code read P0137 O2 sensor rear low voltage bank 1 sensor 2
I bought a new bosch O2 sensor downstream I installed it with a help from a friend check engine light came back on after a short test drive scaned it again now I get code P1135 bank 1 sensor 2 air/fuel sensor heater was not within acceptable limits also get p1135 a/f sensor 11 bank 1 sensor 1 heater circuit malfunction now does that mean that the front sensor is bad too and the rear new sensor is malfunction any suggestions would be appreciate thanks
