2017 DCLB TRD Off-Road

I have been debating a hard rolling tonneau and a bed rack that is easily removable. In my quest for designing this combo(I have a lot of experience in design and fabrication), I notice that I have mounting holes for a factory trifold tonneau.
Is this confusing to anyone else?
