The company sent replacement parts when he broke parts. They tried to get him an upgraded rack. They seem to be trying much more than many companies I've dealt with.

As far as we know, the guy could have loaded tons of stuff on top of it, then drove down a whoopti do road slinging all that weight up and down with each bump.

It's hard to pick a side reading that thread.

The fishy website description changing is what kinda helped me pick a side.

You're right, it's unknown the complete facts, but it's all a little tough.

If 99.9% of your customers are having no issues, then appease the .1% now to save your face with potential customers. Though that opportunity seems to have sailed.

You say that now, prolly the same way you said it about your truck when you were wanting it. I said the same thing about my AR. Now I have a front grip, red dot 2x scope, flashlight, modified frame rail, sling, sweet case, extra clips, etc etc. Granted there are plenty more you can do but I just did the basics.

nah I knew I would modify the truck, just not as quickly as I actually did lol.

had people tell me I'd modify my pistol and stuff too, never have. just not a huge interest in guns for me, they don't really entertain me. lots of folks enjoy a weekend of shooting, I enjoy about an hour.

I enjoy shooting a lot, just not as much as other hobbies I’d rather put money into.

If I can shoot 100 rounds through a pistol or two once a month that should be good for keeping the diminishing skill from diminishing.

Perhaps they just wanted to clarify the description.

When you write a description of something, you know what you mean. But others may not.

Not taking sides here, but from the pictures, IMHO the rack does not look strong enough to carry an RTT.

I agree completely it doesn't look strong enough, but it's advertised as strong enough...

not sure if that is an insult to me or to @scottalot haha

even if I built it for less, wouldn't the magazine and ammo cost get me up to the same price?

So who else has an office job that’s kinda slack.

I’ve been doing homework in my free time and if I make $200 a week avg on stocks I add $10k to my yearly income.

Some days I may make $500 to $1000. Just depends on how much I risk. Given I can buy and sell in 1 day then have to wait on funds to settle before doing it again.

I’m just wondering who else dabbles in short term trading and insight as well as heavy moving stocks I can add to my little wishlist.

Edit. Btw I’ve been trading for a few years, but learning more daily. I’ve had great luck thus far in my investing.

Ah, i didnt notice that, that one came with a mag and ammo? cool. yeah for same price or a few dollars different, go with a built one. There will be haters of the basic AR, I am good buddies with an AR aficionado. I am considering getting another, basic one like this. who cares what it looks like. it doesn't have a full float, barrel length handguard? who cares. need a better trigger? nah, mil spec works fine, pull trigger, it goes boom. blah blah. now is the time

Eh, I’m not satisfied with my skills.

I’ve done well, but for a while I wasn’t on top of it and portfolio stayed stagnant.

In the past done well off hype. Lucky bc this was early on and I’ve learned from it that this is a big no no and good way to be burned.

Now I’m trying to look into it more statistically. I listen to YouTube and podcasts at work about trading.

Quicksand tacoma with front runner roof rack. Mesh grille, yellow fog lights wrecked in front of zaxbys on south parkway....poor taco. I think I've seen it on the Arsenal a few times.
