I don’t care about the light output or anything. Just looking to buy a set because 1. I need new amber lenses since one of mine broke somehow in the housing and 2. My retros have the smoked chrome frame but if I open them up I want to change them out for the black ones. Anyone have any input to share? Thanks.

I’m sure the anything to do with the lighting is. I’m just looking for input on the frame and lense

A few mods here and there and counting....
You're probably better off snatching a set of mint condition oems off eBay or craigslist. That way, you can paint them to your liking, replace the amber lens, and ensure proper fitment. I found a set of used oem sports(wanted the black chrome look) with damaged housings/mint lens/bezels for about $60 a headlamp.

Yeah. I’ve been looking to redo my retros for the last year but been holding out for used oem’s but no luck in my area. I went ahead and picked up a pair of blacked out depo lights since that’s usually what is used by those that offer retrofit services on here
