So I haven't understood FuelPaX vs Rotopax and why they are sold on the same site and have different warranties... It's all in the way they are made?

Which one has less of a chance of of blowing up/expanding in the heat?

Not really sure the Rotopax are used mostly for vehicles and the fuelpax are used sor SxS. I have owned my fuel pax for over a year in the FL heat and have not had any issues.

    Per Rotopax website:
Rotopax are rotational molded, stackable and 10yr warranty.
Fuelpax are blow molded, not stackable, thinner wall thickness and only 1yr warranty.

Why someone would buy the lesser over a far superior product with literally a 1000% better warranty, from the same company; I do not know... You only save $20 on the big can. IMO, the price point should be half.

Well when they were first introduced it was half and super cheap. But now I assume since they are selling well they raised the price. But again I agree. Pay the extra $20 for the warranty

I wasnt even aware that the Roto was only $20 more. Maybe I should delete the post since everbody agrees its not that great of deal.

1st. That's why they have 10 yr warranty for their products so if it does happen to swell they can replace it.
2nd. A member @TacoTRD78 just said he had his for over a year in the Florida heat.
3rd. It comes with warranty haha

But to answer your question is yes it'll probably happen more due to them being cheaper quality
