Me too! What it really needs is a new cabinet floor. The one it in now is rusted through on the edge right in front of the left door. Wonder if I can get just the floor...

I’d call weber and see. Probably have a warehouse full of stuff like that.

Hardware probably doesn’t. Mine mostly carries the grill part stuff.

Exactly. And like a SB 350 there always a lot of after market parts for them. Some Weber and others third party.

So one issue, if there really is one, with ribeye cap steaks is that after they cut the cap off your left with just the eye. But as long as it is Prime and thick I don't really have an issue with the eye. It is just about the right size for me to eat and not have any left overs.

    ribeye sear.jpg

Had some au jus that really needs eaten up and didn't want it to go to waste. So somehow mashed taters found there way onto my plate too.

    ribeye and potatoes.jpg

I really need to be careful of those carbs and couldn't help myself. If I don't watch it I'll end up with a disease a gentleman from Va. informed me about today. Dickeydoo disease. My stomach will be sticking out farther than my dick do. It did turn out to be a pretty decent meal though.

Tonight's grub. Pitfaced messaged butt, probably the best one to date I've done.

Trying to decide what to smoke for dinner tomorrow. Have some people over so I want to toss something on the smoker but that also means I need to go to the store and buy it and not sure I will have time tonight.

Honestly time is going to be minimal, will have to run and get something to smoke around lunch time tomorrow, then get back to the house to get it on. Then will probably eat around 7PM. So maybe only 3-4 hours on the smoker max.

all chicken will be done in under 4 hours. it's so thin that there's never really a reason to go beyond 3 hours.

I've been thinking about maybe doing some wings and maybe do some brats or something to go with them. Steak would be good but not sure I want to spend that kind of money on the guests lol.

Alrighty...all you Traeger folks. I see that Traeger has a boatload of recipes, and they're all fancy.

How do you just regular grilling? Steaks, chicken, fish?

    Thanks!

I have been doing a lot of smoke it for a little while then crank the heat up and grill it. Takes a little longer than say a charcoal or gas grill but great flavor.

I had thought about burgers but to be honest I'm just not in a burger mood. If they didn't take so long to prep I would do some fatties. 2-3 of those and we would be all set. Prep time is the killer there though.

Wings are pretty easy, quick, I would do that. mine are usually right around an hour, little less to finish.

Could just get the fanciest high falutin brats you can and smoke them for a half hour, then grill. Total grill time 45 minutes, but hands on only 15 of that tops. Then have a self serve brat dressing bar.

How about some pork tenderloins? A few hours max on them.

Depending on the number of guests, you could do 3-4 different flavors to meet everyone’s tastes.

I find people devour a good tenderloin that isn't overcooked and dried out. I usually do mine hot though, with smoke, instead of slow... 400 for like 35-40 min, cook to temp, 135ish and rest
