    Hello friends,
Let me say this, it feels good to be back in a Tacoma again! Here's a little run down of what has happened to be me in the last few years...

Back in 2011, my old man sold me his beautiful 03 Tacoma TRD-Off Road. It had a 6 inch lift and too many upgrades to list. In the winter of 2013 I was side swiped into a guard rail and took a few tumbles. I walked away fine but the truck was a total loss.

    IMG_0360.jpg

I searched high and low to find that body style again with low miles and in the summer of 2014, I finally came across an 04 TRD-Off Road with 80k on the original motor. I was so stoked! I had plans to lift it and get the truck back that I lost but unfortunately, it was totaled at the beginning of April by a guy that ran a stop sign. I was able to walk away from it but not before they cut the roof off to pry me out. I was pinned between the steering wheel and the door.

    FullSizeRender(4).jpg
This brings me to the summer of 2016, and I just picked up my 2016 TRD-Sport!

    ROUND 3! :)

Welcome to TW. My last truck was a 04 silver AC Tacoma so these pictures are painful. Good luck with your new rig and enjoy. Oh, and try to keep your distance from the road zombies.

    Man, feels for you brother.

You keep walking away though, so that's good!

Some Final Destination shit is after you however.
Stay in the trucks so you don't get smooshed in a Corolla.

WTF? Dude you seriously have the worst and best luck I've ever seen...I daily drive my 04 Taco that I got with 24k on it 2 years ago, put 40k miles on it since in Los Angeles daily driving and not so much as a bumper tap from another car *knock on wood*. Did you have a habit of walking under ladders or crossing paths with black cats on Halloween as a kid?

For real, or any kind of transportation for that matter.

Seriously, that sucks OP. Glad you're okay though, if anything this proves how well Tacomas protect their drivers. Toyota should gift you a brand new Tacoma for showing us all how good they are for our safety

    Brother, I can't make this $hit up...

While my 2016 Tacoma was getting recall work done (took 3 months), they gave me a loaner that just so happened to be a Corolla...Well, the following day, I kissed a deer on my way to work and then hit a tree on the the @ss end. Been "deer", done that...

    IMG_3224.jpg

And just because it's just that unbelievable, note the garage in this picture and the one of my brand new truck...

Residence yes, accident at Quantico. I may have to agree with you on #1. Good news is, they're giving me $29k and change for it and the 2018 TRD Pro 4Runner has never looked more appealing...

Stafford / Quantico was my second guess. Whatever you get, I'd armor that bitch out just for my sanity.

bummer on the rental and the garage car...both silver/grey as well...just sayin.

#1 You sound like my wife haha #2 I've never been involved in an accident with anyone else in the car. I've got a 2005 Lotus Elise that I've been driving for several years now...not even a scratch...yet.
