    I'm glad I don't live in the mountains but I do have to go through them to see some family. This thing is such a dog. What a terrible choice for Toyota to use this motor trans combo. Do any of the performance chip mods make this better or do I have to get a Tundra next year?

    That may be what I do as well. I drive about 600 miles a month for my job and that’s why I got the Tacoma. Might just get a beater for work.
