It happen Friday at 12:30pm ... Someone was on their phone and looked up and there was my Taco pulling in the gas station, it was to late for them ... there was only about a foot skid mark before they hit me and i just finished rolling in the parking lot and was piss off until I saw their car ... After the Police give them a ticket I was able to drive off and they were being tow away lol
I keep about 4-500 pounds of work equipment in the bed and my Taco wasn't going to be push around I did feel the right rear being raised some but not much!
I was going to weld my new Chaos Cam Tabs this coming weekend, that's on hold now until I get it in and out of the Body shop ...
But i will be welding the Gussets and tabs together today anyway lol I still have to do something for it today ... 20180316_123611.jpg 20180316_124145.jpg 20180316_185509.jpg

Glad you are OK. I would have the frame checked too. Don't look bad but you never know.

Did the rear bumper get into the passenger side fender? I had a similar incident except I took the hit on driver’s side. Around $1300 in damage since it got into rear fender some.

Hope so! but you never know, it drives/ride kinda like it use to ...
When it's loaded with 400 pounds of work equipment the rear was almost 1/2inch higher than the front and now it's even, so I may have a touch of a problem with the frame or something ... seems weird since he did slide under my rear bumper pushing up the right rear end which what I felt when he hit me, I'll know more when it gets on the frame machine probably next week.

Keep the thread updated if ya can, Id be curious to know how your frame did. Im pretty concerned about mine now, but have to wait a couple weeks for inspections and repairs...

Heard the install on these can be a total pain in the ass, but for 400$ who can complain right? Only seen one in person but i do admire its blockyness. Looks solid.

Weird right, what hit me was a Nissan Versa ...
A week ago I purchase some Chaos LCA Cam Tabs Gussets set for my Taco, so after I finished welding the tabs on the plates I decided to get under the rear and see if I could find any damage well there was ... Frame bent (Right Side) between the rear spring bracket and the tow hitch bracket, well I'm Kinda ok with that but not! anyway that's what I found so I'm sure there's more ...
Plus when looking at the rear tailgate and lining it up with back window the right side is about 1/2 higher, I guess I'll know after the body shop checks out the frame ...
