Yes it is a little louder. It seems like that the new 10 is the old 15-16. It also sounds a lot better and I am not having any of the problems that you were having. Hope that the new amp fixes all of your issues.

I did a couple of things with my Tacoma today.

I've been wondering how accurate the speedo is. A buddy recommended an iPhone app that would run comparison in real time with my trucks speedo. iPhone sat secure in the Hondo Garage mount on my way home from work this evening. I started it up in the parking lot at work. Made one stop a little more than a mile later....therefore the distance difference in the overall trip.

It never varied more than 2mph at any point in the drive and would always settle into the same readings on both in a few seconds. When there were variations.....it would always be with my trucks speedo being the higher reading. The app would catch up in a couple seconds. Again...the difference never lagged over 2mph at any time. Very cool way to confirm things. Display also looked cool sitting there mirroring the Taco dash....close in color.

It's a free app called "GPS Speed"

Pretty cool. Will really come in handy once I replace these Firestone Destination LE tires with a larger AT or MT tire.

Also had this killer pair of hats show up that were ordered from @Paint pig . He's got a group buy running now over in the non-automotive group buy section. His titanium bottle opener keychains are supercool, too. Sure was nice coming home from a long day at work and finding these waiting for me.

    Let there be light !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I dig it !!!!

Hells yes. Been thinking about doing the same.

How difficult was the swap ?

I've yet to looking into anything with my fogs.

BTW, that is one badass looking truck.

    Man, your truck looks great.

I love the new look on the wheels. How did you keep the derp off the lugs ???

    Looks freaking great !!!!

I gotta look into this upgrade.

Got these designed over the past two weeks. Final okay yesterday, and David the graphic designer over at jupiteronearth, who pretty graciously put up with me and did a fine job, had them cut and sent out today! Looking forward to redoing all of my decals! Screenshot_2018-03-17-21-10-04.jpg

    Did a few things today..
Installed this pro grill and put some raptor style lights in it.
put on a set of ditch lights
    a lower bumper light bar
removed the dash cubby and put in 3 switch plate.
and put on some fender flares.

Desperately need to get rid of the minivan wheels and tires. Need to decide on lift, tires and wheels.20180317_210015.jpg 20180317_210021.jpg 20180317_210044.jpg 20180317_210053.jpg 20180317_210148.jpg 20180317_210200.jpg 20180317_210836.jpg

I finally completed my wiring for my new SwitchPro 9100. All of my wires are accounted for in the tapping category. Please see my complete write up HERE but I used two add-a-circuits for my High Beams and Ignition Wires. For my Ignition Wire I tapped into the A/C Fuse. For my White/T2 Wire I tapped into the H-LP RH-HI Fuse. For my Pink/T1 Wire I used a 3M T-Tap and tapped into the Reverse Light OEM Factory Red Wire Pin 7. I drilled a 1/4” hole in the upper right corner for a Factory Look. I also used Spade Lug Connectors for an easy way of connecting and disconnecting the wires if need be and I covered the Lugs with Red Electrical Tape. Worked amazing and Fuse Lid closes perfectly. Thanks to @Mr.PowerTrays & @switch-pros

You know Ima dreamer, and my heart’s offroad. I had to drive away high, so I didn’t get stuck low. Home Sweet Home...
Truck is sitting only a coupla weeks in my garage...

Had the dealer install some running board. (15% off in first 30 days).

Not pictured are door sill protectors with red Haru Creative Vinyl Overlays.

    96E9CD39-92D8-4314-8D02-A2B1C5A01E7A.jpg 57A62E61-40E7-4245-82C1-A2C31F78C76C.jpg B741FE74-FE96-4E2A-9EBB-F351A8ED6FB4.jpg

Next up: lookin at a Bestop or Softopper, tinting the front side windows, and either derping the wheels, or applying the vinyl black out over the chrome details.
