Nope. YOU do what YOU think is best. Again, 99% have no issues. Go get something else and don't look back.

Word of warning: nothing is perfect especially vehicles. Don't have unrealistic expectations and you will be fine.

Not just 1, but 2 3rd gens fail you.

Everytime I read threads like this, I am so thankful I got a 2nd gen.

Wish you the best in resolving the issues.

Yes, unfortunately. I definitely regret not pulling the trigger sooner, quality, superchargers and all.

Hey 1st&last Taco, I got a 17 knowing with all the electronics on it was going to have some glitches, I only have 800mi on it and no problems yet. I like the Taco, my 03 is still going strong w/only 130k mi, like you I don't off-road much, I just like the Toyota. My 03 F-150 died this past December, had hidden rust around the windshield and water fried just about all the electronics under the dash, a friend did some magic wire jumping to get it started and drove to Toyota and 5hrs of dickering on price, drove home my 17 TRD ORDC with a 10yr 125k mi warranty for $25k less than a new F-150!!! No regrets, I'm 63 and love the truck....just keep taking yours back for warranty issues when it comes up, and enjoy the truck, life's too short, once all the bugs are taken cared of you'll be happier. Every make of truck now days have issues, if you buy another make you'll be on their forums bitching about the same things, trust me, every dealers service dept has lines of trucks in for issues. So, DONT WORRY, BE HAPPY!!!!

Maybe bashing the vehicle of choice for the crowd you have decided to address isn't the smartest move.
Way to not break your stride.

Jeeez......then we’ll really have something to talk about. That’s like telling someone to wait a year and buy a Yugo, because they are unhappy with their Honda.

22k - DCSB Sport w/ the MT and has been a great truck as expected. I had the rear leaf springs springs squeak and guess what I did??? I took it to a the dealer at my next FREE service and they fixed it - what a effing concept. I guess I should come to TW and talk about incessantly.

Honestly OP if this happened to me, two new trucks and ended being both shit boxes, I would of sold and left the brand for good. I was a Honda guy, my last vehicle was the 2014 CR-V and I hated it. I traded it in for this truck and not looked back. I did not go on the forums to bash Honda or CR-V's like a lot of folks seem to do.

Probably the Russian covert Ridgeline promotion agents getting busy again. They’ve already infiltrated Consumer Reports.
