I have searched everywhere online but could not find any info on anyone running 215/85/16's on a newer Tacoma (2010+). Please forgive me if I missed something.. I have ran 235/85/16's my last two Tacoma's (08 & 15) & love the tire BUT I happened to find some LT215/85/16's on sale and I began wondering.. I am quite sure that they are too narrow for a 2015 4-door long bed 4x4 but just wanted to ask.

    Thanks for any info.

I just replied to my Thread "I'm running 215/85r16". However, I don't think they would be TOO skinny, seeing how these are made for heavy duty dually trucks. Also, the Camel Trophy trucks ran a very similar tire size and those trucks were full size Range Rovers. If you have a lift they might look funny, but if everything is stock, its just slightly smaller (like .25 inch) than a 265/70r16.
