Mixed Tire Tread Type Front/Rear Axle

    TOYOTA OEM: Cast Aluminum Running Boards Mud Guards Bed Mat All-Weather Floor Liner NIssan Frontier Sliding Bed Extender
    I've seen a lot of trucks at work have a more aggressive tread pattern on the rear duals and then a simpler street tire on the front axle.

    What are the benefits of doing this and would it be worth applying to 2WD Tacoma?
