LED Dome light Dim Flicker

    I have a 2004 first gen tacoma, and I just installed a 48 LED Light in the center dome light. Strange thing is, when the door opens, it is very dim and flickers. When I put the key in the ignition and turn to AUX or start it, it lights up bright as the sun.

    Is there a way to fix this so that it is bright with the car off and the door open? Am I not getting enough power to it when its not started or on AUX? Any help would be great. Thanks!
