@JerryTaco doesn't have a topper though...

 

I don't have the money to fully commit to a topper since I would have to buy a prinsu for it and everything and with all that money spent @Milota95 would have been able to build a trailer for that much money.

 

Which way is your preferred end goal?

A couple crossbars should handle the RTT for a while versus doing everything all at once.

 

End goal is a trailer then it wont matter what truck I have to tow it

 

Would 2nd gen bars work? I have a pair from JeepAndrew I haven't been able to use that I could part with.

 

Unfortunately they wont, the feet aren't down far enough to hit the rails since the bedside is taller on the 3rd gen if that makes any sense.

I'm starting with a decent base and modular build over time.

 

Yup that's what I'm trying to figure out, do I buy a base to start or just buy just buy parts and then ask Q A) if he has time to build one and B) which way he would rather start. Both of which also require money haha
