And about 100 other models, it's a very common bolt pattern. I'm sure finding a rotor with the correct diameter and offset should be easy.

yup. i only quote subaru since they have a huge aftermarket for decent multi-piston calipers and big rotors.

True that. I think most 5-lug trucks could benefit from larger brakes, especially when running larger that stock tires.

I don't think most will need anything that large or even anything aftermarket. I am hoping to find a cheap OEM upgrade. I want to try GS400 brakes.

A bit overdue but just typed up my review/experience with the 4th Gen 4 runner swap that I test fit for @Low Range Off-Road. Check it out.

Nice upgrade for about 8-10% improvement with stock pads and affordable for everyone as it is only a bit more than replacing your stock rotors and pads, including stainless lines.

Don't bother buying them new. Buy a remanufactured (refurb unit). Old Caliper with all new parts for the most part. Centric makes some of the better ones. Any place like autozone, Oreillyes, napa etc have them. Centric though tends to have the better ones. I used Centric in my setup. If you go with new you mind as well look a full Stoptech BBK.

Just make sure it is the 14WA stamping. The Lexus version of the similar year you may see has a differnt bolt batter for attatching to the hub etc.

The 2016+ 4runners have 14wb calipers which have different size mounting bolts.

Yah so 2010-2014 would be the safe bet. These are 14WA stamp.

Would anyone happen to have part number for whatever pads they bought? Not sure if all 10-14 4Runners had the 14WA calipers? Cause Amazon is telling me that the pads that fit my Tacoma also fit this Caliper which I don’t believe is right?

I was told they are the same so it may be correct. The pads came with the Calipers when I got them.

No problem! Nice! I just have stock pads now. Will swap to a more aggressive pad down the line. I have the SOS kit for the rear that uses 2010+ T4R calipers and will match them if I go through with it. I keep going back and forth.

Did you do the Sequioa steering upgrade or whatever after the rear swap? Was just reading a comment in SOS site about someone who said they lost braking power until they did the upgrade. Recommend Hawk Performance pads:thumbsup:
