Negative... She is butting heads with the plant manager. He wants to directly have us minions to do things without having to go through her. She doesn't want to have us work on anything unless she tells us. I'm a pawn in this great big chess game. I'm doing exactly what my boss, Ms. WP, tells me. No more, no less.

i am still trying to figure out how to reply and/or quote or not... any advice is welcome :)

In regards to the badass index... I'm pretty low on the scale, but as a farm truck my taco so far is sure a step up from the Subaru and a trailer! my extent of "badass" is putting it in 4 lo and driving around the pasture... not to say I might not get more adventurous as Arnold and I get to know each other better LOL.

Here's a photo of the truck today, brought home some grain for the girls, if this worked, then there is also a photo of the girls watching me unload with anticipation.

    Evening all.
Came home and went into attic. Traced cables, reconnected, disconnected, ended up with same channels,8. Most all suck but did catch the Astros yesterday in World Series again. So I added a booster. Now have 2 channels :annoyed:
    At least their better channels.

its always a tricky thing timing shearing, needs to be early enough before lambing, but late enough they don't freeze, coupled with it being really difficult to get a shearer here, so usually that is the ultimate factor
