There are two areas that CAN have piping. The outside edge of the seat and the inside edges (the area that separates the two colors). Half piping is just the external edges, where full means both internal and external edges.

For what its worth, I've read that the internal piping is usually the first thing to wear due to sliding in and out of the seat - these covers are very durable but that is frequently the first wear item. Half piping / no piping is supposedly more durable in the long run as you don't usually contact the external edges of the seat as you enter the vehicle (unless you've got a ridiculously tall lift kit).

After a few years the piping on my last set of WO's started to wear out on the drivers side. Also the TRD emblem started peeling off. I'll probably pass on those options this time around. Although they were awesome for awhile and they kept my wet okole from staining my seats after fishing. YMMV

Seat heaters and Lumbar support are options you can add to your order, I'd recommend you get them from Okole pre installed vs trying to add ebay/china stuff to your premium covers.

The quality and function would then be cover under warranty and backed by experience. Plus using ebay heaters may void your warranty and potentially, being a bit dramatic here, burn your truck down.

I personally wouldn't trust a ebay heating element.

Okay I get the ebay part. But if I find some on lets say Amazon that has good reviews and the switches that will work then in theory it they should work. I'm not going to get the WO heaters simply because of how the wires and controls are set up. I want a clean install as much as possible.

You can hardwire the wo seat heaters pretty easy, just have to know how and where a 12v tap is. Plus theyre 68$ a pair and known to work with these seat covers.

Everything I have seen said they are pretty complicated to hardwire. I would love to be wrong on this one, so if you know of a how to that doesn't involve taking apart the controller I'd love to read it.

In a previous post it was said the TRD started peeling off. Does anyone know if this could be embroidered?
