Third break light issues. Need suggestions

    I tried to get my 2012 taco inspected today. Turns out my third break light is not working. All my fuses are good, bulbs are good, and all the other lights are working. I thought is could be the after market trailer plug harness but after bypassing it, found its not the issue. My guess is its loosing ground somewhere. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
