Other Forums Online

So check this one out I find a piece of shooting hardware I want on line through google, I find out it's on a forum out of the Carolinas called Carolinas shooters club I log in sign up with all my info and I get a e-mail that I've been declined. In their comments they stated I didn't meet their requirements. What gives?! So I look deep into the forum and find all that post are from the Carolinas sooooooooo is it strictly for people in that state(s) only? That's real odd can anyone explain especially those who might be on that forum and are also TW members if there are any, Maybe some one from that forum and here can help me buy that shooters part I need.

 

I'm guessing no one lives in either NC or SC and owns a Tacoma and is on multiple forums .
