So they're crap because they're more of a satin than true matte? That's quite an interesting stance to take but thanks for confirming.

Im not sure where you are coming from or why you are butt hurt over what I said.

I never stated anything about the quality of the wheel. I gave my opinion on why I wouldn’t buy them. I don’t like gloss black wheels on trucks.

Plus the OP stated they SHOULD be matte. Based on that photo they were not true matte. They are NOT a true TRD Pro replica/knock off.

The OP simply restated FN's specs, they call it matte, but I'll agree with you they're more satin, not a true matte.

You're basically trashing the FN's because they're more of a satin vs matte. Your whole basis for this is because you don't like the aesthetics of a dull sidewalk on a black wheel that is not a true matte. Seems quite petty and narrow-minded.

FN's are quality wheels that address one of the biggest complaints about OE TRD Pro wheels, their 7" width, which limits the tire width you can safely use. Both are hub centric and designed for our trucks, and they're similarly priced.

A replica does not have to be an exact copy. The fact that they're 8.5" wide means they're not an exact copy. What's the point of copying something that is already available at a reasonable price. They offer what Toyota won't, and in 3 different finishes, just not the one you like. More options is a great thing.

You don't address the OP's question. Your argument against the FN's is akin to, "2018 TRD Pro in black isn't good because black shows dirt too easily."

The FX Pros are 8” wide, the 17” Ray 10s are 8.5” wide.

The OP asked for opinions. I provided mine.

I don't put anything on my truck I don't think looks great.

Sorry if that makes you ass hurt.

@PackCon The TRD Pro Oem wheels are not only heavier, they are made in Thailand (lesser quality) and they are NOT flow formed manufactured wheels. Not everything that is oem is better. If that was the case, we would all only be buying Toyota motor oil, oil filters, lighbulbs, interior mats etc. Regardless, the TRD Pro wheels are officially played out now. Shops now have them in stock to upsell guys who are getting their lifts. I see them on the road every single day.
