Exactly my route. Anything I need to know about? How's that one rough section on Lockhart, any worse than usual?

It took us about 30 minutes to get my buddies 06 runner up it. Once we got him up after piling rocks, everyone else walked up first try. Other then that, lockheart was awesome same with elephant hill.

Make sure you are full of gas if you are doing both rails together. I was full and ended up just below 1/4 tank of gas when we got back into moab.

Wish I would’ve seen this thread earlier. I was in Moab Saturday, and have been stuffing it 14D7DB3B-D7D8-4538-B250-EF915DBAAA4E.jpg

Love the Maze district. Really, really want to get my new rig down there.

Did you hike down to the Harvest Scene pictograph panel?

I didn’t make it to the bottom of the canyon. It was a solo trip so I didn’t want to take any unnecessary risks. That’s not a good place for a twisted ankle or knee and no help.

I have to say, I was surprised how well the taco handled the trails. I used 4lo down the switchbacks, but was able to make the rest of the trip without 4wd. It’s crazy what that thing will crawl up in 2wd and 20psi in the tires.
