Picked up a couple LighterBros for backpacking so my Mini Bic and my small utility blade are in one place. The larger one for full-size Bics also has a scissors. Pretty handy for only $10. Also has a lip on the bottom so it can be used to open beer bottles :drunk:

The katana-style blades come pretty dull, but a few passes on a fine stone got them laser sharp.

As much as I'm always shopping for stupid little gear like this, it was the first time I stumbled across them, too. Pretty happy with them both. I never need more than a tiny blade like this when I'm backpacking. Just something to open some packages or cut some small things like KT tape. The pick makes for a good fingernail cleaner or hole punch.

I used to carry a Gerber multiplier that had scissors. It’s now a backup . I carry everyday everywhere a Leatherman oht. Love it but no scissors.

I have tons of other micro multitools. This one just combined two backpacking tools into one.

Here's my collection as of now. Not included in the pics are my backup ZT0452CF and my ZT 0095BW.MVIMG_20180209_121801.jpg By the way, anyone interested in a S110V Spyderco PM2 or Manix 2? They're the ones in the pic. The PM2 hasn't been used much, and the Manix hasn't ever been used, both in great condition. In original boxes. Since I don't have a fancy sharpener it takes me too long to sharpen the S110V. A wicked edge system would do it nice and quick I'm sure. Pm me if you are interested. I'll post in the for sale area too.

Nice collection. I have the PM2 in S110V as well. I have had pretty good luck with just touching it up on my Sharpmaker every few weeks. I also have an Opinel No. 6. I don't see very many people with them. I love mine for just tossing in my pocket when I don't feel like carrying something bigger and heavier. It's so light that I forget it is even there until I need it, and it gets razor sharp with no effort at all.

The Opinels have to be the best bang for your buck out there. $15 each and my dad and I both had a No.6 on us when I killed a roughly 1000LB elk. No resharpening, no need to. Each knife dressed about 210 lbs of meat, after it was trimmed and ready to cook.

I used to make bottle openers with deer antler handles. I would cut them down and sand the ends smooth, drill a hole and epoxy the opener into it. They make some really good and easy DIY presents if you have some horns laying around you don't care about.
