put em in a paper bag and roll the top closed and they'll ripen up much quicker.

 

One of my former responsibilities was to take care of the bananas when they came off the truck. Bananas put off ethylene gas which makes them ripen. Most bananas (unless they're labelled organic) are artificially gassed so that they ripen much quicker for sale. So, when they come in off the truck, the boxes have to be uncapped so that they're exposed to more oxygen and won't ripen super quickly overnight.

I don’t want to hear anything about the dentist . I got hit in the mouth with a bat when I was 7 and it’s been a constant thing ever since.

In the past 4-5 years I’ve spent well over $10k on my teeth. My dental insurance is basically useless.

And wisdom teeth suck. Period.

Shit I've had upwards of $100,000 dollars of oral surgery done to my grill thanks to
periodontal disease. After awhile I just said fuck it and yank the tooth if my gums
won't hold the tooth anymore. The pain and suffering wasn't worth saving a tooth.
So I have like 3 teeth missing now and I will never pay to have them replaced. I'd
rather spend the money on my Tacoma or bikes.

 

I am glad I am not the only one with dentist issues. I have had receding gum issues for YEARS and worry all the time about those teeth falling out, and worry more about the charge to see someone to make sure they don't. So I just chicken out and whatever happens? IDK...

 

Here is how I look at it. At the end of our lives we will all need dentures so whey spend money to try and save a tooth.
Dentists are the reason dental insurance doesn't cover shit anymore. Dentists want to make money any way they can.
So one day I was life f it. No more unnecessary dental work. If I lose all my teeth when I'm 80 who gives a fuck.

I just watch my hubs who has had root canals and caps and all kinda shit on the same teeth (big money over and over) and I think why tf? Oh...............duh...........money. I told him I would just get that shit pulled out.

He won't even go for that so all his "fixed" teeth are falling apart and need to be cut out. I do have recurring thoughts that my low gumline affected teeth are loose tho. That kinda freaks me tf out....but eh, I figure the same about the fake teeth, and now they can put posts in. So eff it, I guess?

In 4th grade, I knocked out my front adult tooth by playing some aggressive dodgeball, lol.

Had a couple different crowns and recently developed an infection that ate away some bone- which I had to get fixed.

Not fun.
