Energy suspension front bump stops?

Has anyone used these bump stops?

They look like a good alternative to superbumps. Anyone have any input?

 

Get a set from wheelers off road.

They work, many have used them with great results including me and they are a fair price with awesome service.

 

Thanks for the recommendation. There's lots of good info on the superbumps on here. I'm hoping that someone may have some experience with the energy bumps.

 

Where do these go? Dumb question I know. But new to this.

 

In the front, between the lower control arm and the frame. You have factory ones but if you lift you might want to get some aftermarket ones so you do not bottom out your shocks and blow them.

 

I am also interested in this.

 

Any update on this? I'm looking for a set of good front bump stops and would rather not pay almost $20 in shipping for a set of Super bumps plus the original $60. Can get these on Amazon for $35 shipped.

anything is better than stock bumpstops IMO, and for 30 bucks it's a great deal.

 

My thoughts exactly. Wheelers wants an additional 20% for shipping so I would rather give these a try.

 

Wheeler's shipping calc is insane. However, if you just shoot them a PM or call, they'll give you a real shipping quote and the TW 5% off. A little annoying for small items, but more than worth it for larger orders.

Okay- I just ordered them. You guys know how fast my build is going... should be on in a week or two! Will probably have to modify and shim a bit as they're technically for the second gen.
