@ 332,500 miles I'm thinking just grease the u-joint when needed ..

 

How can you grease it there is no zerk like I said all you are doing spraying it is giving the outside a coating not where the needle bearings are inside the cups which is actually what matters. They are like 150 bucks why just keep trying to bandaid a wearable item.

Forgot to ask in my post about new tires. Do you guys think I should disconnect my battery after going up a size in tire to let transmission/computer re-learn footprint? Seems like the truck is shifting at different points.

Nothing major but bought weathertech floor liners front and rear and the in channel window visors for less then $200, just installed them today.

 

Got my intermittent wiper stem in. That damn plastic shroud around the steering column was a pain in the ass to get back on. Many curse words were uttered during the reinstall...

 

Mine was getting the bottom section back over the ignition switch and lining the clips back up. Yeah the swap itself is literally a 2 minute job including taking the switch out of the package, LOL.

 

Ya its a 9" lift total..6" suspension with a 3" body....and thanks bro!

Does buying parts count Lucas oil for diffs, fumoto drain plug, 76mm tb, adapter plate, intake connector.....and coffee for me. Too much rain to do anything.

 

That would look really sharp with those T-force wheels you had on yours.

 

Yeah, we swapped em to his '01 when I got my SCS set.

But he prefers the stockish look.

I sold those wheels and tires to a kid that just got his first taco.

A white access cab 2nd gen. He was pretty stoked.

 

Decided to purchase a dash cam for the Taco after hearing a fellow TW member tell me how he had one and was able to prove his innocence in court with video footage of a guy who cut him off and damaged his front end. Other drivers (and even pedestrians) just can't be trusted sometimes!
