Move rear axle from topside mount to bottom of leaf springs

    all of the 5 lug tacos have always had a spring under setup.

    You could do it fairly easy, would just have to re-weld spring perches and get proper length shocks.

    Hard part would be the front.

    In all honesty just stick with SUA

    I think the changes in suspension geometry cause undesirable operation (binding, vibration).

    Spring under axle

    Your truck is what we call a 5 lug. The wheels are held on by 5 lug nuts. These trucks differ in many ways from the 6 lug Prerunners and 4x4s.

    There are some good 5 lug threads around here, and some really good-looking lifted 5 lug trucks.
