From my understanding it is definitely possible. There are adapters available (which one you need depends on the head unit) that allow your rear camera to work with your new head unit.

    Thanks,
I have seen some adapters for the 2016, but im not sure if it works on the 2017 and I have seen some conflicting reviews about it.
I have the basic SR radio setup. Has anyone on here successfully made it work?

Second the maestro. You will keep the backup camera, but no way to keep the factory microphone.

I did it on my 17 Taco DCSB SR.
