Will a set of Dick Cepek Blackout 17x9 wheels 0mm offset and 265/65/17 Duratrac tires fit on a stock 2016 Tacoma SR5 without rubbing at all?

Indeed no rubbing at all... went with 17x9 +1 Fuels, 265/65/17 on my 2016 SR5. And have the Toyota mud guards as well.

How far do they stick out? And i wasn't sure because there doesn't feel like alot of room from inside the tire to the control arms.

The rim will stick out 2" further than stock; the tire will stick out 1.25" further than stock.

Sport wheels have 5.43" of backspace; 17x9 +0 have 5"of backspace. You should be good on control arm clearance.

I live in a state that wheels sticking out past fenders are illegal, do you think they will stick out futher than the factory fender flares?

    Shoot...just noticed you have a SR5.
You have 4.98" of backspace stock; you should still be okay.

The tire will stick out 1.5" and the rim will stick out 2" further than stock.

Just stick a tape measure up to your tire and see how far 1.5" sticks out.

Mine do stick out past the fender flare. I like the stance myself.. did not realize there was a law in particular states..

That looks good! I don't think the police would bother as they don't look like they stick out far enough.
