I just installed my Caliraisedled side projecting ditch lights. The install videos I watched seemed to have the lights sitting up higher than mine. Do these look like they're sitting too low? They create quite a lot of glare on the hood as well since they sit so low. Did I get a bracket turned around somewhere?

Which bracket did you get? Didn't @CaliRaisedLed just come out with a lo-pro bracket?

I just realized that's what it is. I don't remember having a choice when I ordered...

If you want them higher maybe go get a longer carriage bolt and a spacer to bring the lights up a bit?

That was my first thought. The bolt is pretty long already. I may just try to put some rubber gaskets in between.

Rubber may not be the best because it'll rot in the sun and compress/settle.

A few mods here and there and counting....
If you flip the u bracket around, it'll sit higher. I intentionally installed mine just like yours in the picture.
