What a blast! Thanks @YamaDirtrider for setting this up. I'm gaining more confidence in my trucks capability. Metberry and Hackett had some challenging obstacles.

So we started out a group of 6 running metberry. We had all the 2nd gens represented, and a 1st gen.

Here is @P51DeP coming down the rock face on metberry. Notice the dodge? Yea he was to scared to attempt the obstacle after all our peer pressure and the reassurance we had enough winches to get him back up. 89E10549-3A75-4EEC-BB86-63EF0E1D54E6.jpg
On hacket gulch, this was just before coming across a broken motorcycle that we loaded up into @Winkle99 bed and got him to safty. 534ACE28-1D27-47E8-89C4-03715F114F1F.jpg oh and let’s not forget the entertainment. Every time we’d stop and let the dogs out they wound just play and play... tires bot of them out very well. 2E937F8D-AEBB-4259-B43C-C45B6B083785.jpg

We even had a chance to perform a motorcycle recovery on Hackett. Rider burned out a clutch. Loaded the bike on the bed and wheeled him and the bike out. Met his buddy south of the gulches on Cedar Mountain Road (Colorado Route 51). While cruising back North I ran across a Jeep driver at the entry to Hackett, who was reconnecting his sway bar. I asked if any Tacomas passed by recently and he said, "Yeah, a bunch came through about 10 minutes ago". I thought Hmmm ... I can make up that time. Let's see if these ADS Racing Shocks are worth the money. Yup they are. I caught up with the crew after a few miles. That was fun.

Here's a video on a Hackett obstacle with the bike in the back of the truck.

You know it's been a slow wheeling time when people report the actual trip in the upcoming thread and not the trip report thread.

Just a reminder, I hate you all for doing this the weekend I moved! :annoyed::D
