Everything about this set up is fantastic. The tent has been used about 20 times and is excellent in every way. My wife and I love it....but our knees do not. By the time we climb up and down the ladder to get it set up (we are short) and then up to sleep and down to pee and then back up to sleep some more ...our knees just can’t take it ..and they try to ruin our trips. Lol. The bed is a queen plus 3” comfy foam mattress with plenty of room to store stuff by your feet. We’ve gone through cold nights and storms with 35mph + winds and rain but stayed warm and dry. Great breeze up there too. Like staying in a tree house! Our loss, some Tacoma members gain.

 

So much want. So far away.

Im committed to sell the tent this Sunday providing the buyer comes to pick it up and we close our deal. I’m pretty sure there are much better options but I got an estimate from RL for $1,200 and change! Lift gate for both ends of the trip. Erie PA is a long way away from FL.

 

Its 6 hrs from me to you.....How much is it going to cost me for you to come 3 hrs north?

 

Matic I appreciate your early interest in the RTT. Unfortunately, I’m committed to sell to a buyer this Sunday. I’ll update the post if it doesn’t happen. For now I think it’s sold. I could be convinced to drive somewhere closer to a buyer but I’ve got a pretty tight schedule over the next few weeks with only a couple days free. I’ll think about a price for a delivery trip if the tent doesn’t sell on Sunday. I appreciate your perspective on the value too. 23-0 is not a super well known brand but when you compare the materials and design to other tents, these tents really are best in class from both a quality standpoint and value. We got ours just before the price increase and paid in full when we ordered it ...which I believe also got us a small discount. We’re happy to be able to pass these savings along to someone who will loves the RTT life.
